From setup to teardown, it’s all hands on deck for Build My Future 2025. There’s not a moment when you won’t be actively engaged with high school students, teachers, and counselors from the Tulsa metropolitan area.

Build My Future volunteer activities are as follows:

• October 28, 2025 - afternoon and evening
  Floor layout and exhibit setup
  Stuffing swag bags: wristband, sunglasses, bandana, pencil, and more
  Stocking exhibitor lounge

• October 29, 2025 - morning, afternoon, and evening
  Welcoming students at registration tent
  Ushering students to and from orientation sessions
  Distributing t-shirts and swag bags
  Verifying wristbands, serving lunch, and bussing tables
  Assisting exhibitors
  Mentoring students in hanger and on tarmac
  Exhibit tear down
